Ordering
Placing an order on this site is a request, not a finished sale. We confirm it by phone or text within 24 hours. Your order is only booked for delivery once you confirm it with us.
Give us a number you actually answer. If we cannot reach you, the order does not move.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Philippine pesos. Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
Delivery
Delivery times we quote are estimates, not guarantees. Once the parcel is with the courier, timing is in their hands. Weather, holidays, and provincial routes all add days.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before the parcel is out for delivery — just tell us. We can also cancel an order ourselves: wrong or unreachable contact details, an address we cannot deliver to, a pricing error, repeated refused deliveries, or suspected resale. If we cancel, we tell you why.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
