Three months and up. The straw and gravity ball need a baby who can hold a steady suck, which usually starts around then. We do not recommend it for younger babies.

A weighted ball sits at the end of a flexible straw. Gravity pulls it toward the milk no matter how the bottle tilts, so the flow keeps going whether your baby is lying down, sitting up, or holding it sideways. You do not have to reposition it.

Bebelle has a vent that lets air into the bottle so your baby is not pulling air through the nipple as the milk goes down. Less swallowed air generally means less gas. Every baby is different — this is a design feature, not a medical claim.

The seal is designed to hold when the bottle is closed properly. The most common cause of leaking is the collar not being fully tightened, or the straw not seated in the base. Our assembly guide covers both.

Most babies from around four months can grip it themselves. Younger than that, hold the bottle yourself — the gravity ball still keeps the flow steady at any angle, so you can feed lying down or upright without fighting the position.
